I really have to try tis one...

as you know I just started, and the last Days I lived on dA and IG and Google. I have seen a million beautifull faces, a billion Ideas are rushing through my head.
I want to try this...
and that...
I want to draw her...
and HER...
I want to improve my color pencil skills...
and more realistic portraits...
I want... I want... I want...

It gives me no peace!

I draw one piece and while drawing my thoughts are all around the other Idea I had. That makes it kinda difficult to concentrate on the one I'm just working on.
Thats why I find it difficult to finish a drawing. I start one Idea, and half way through I take a clean sheet of paper and start something new.

do some of you experience the same? What do you do than?

I just re-started drawing again. I went to scool to become a Graphic Designer, and after I finished school life happened. I got the chance to work in my Dreamjob (the other one, not the one being an Artist). So I was flight attendant for quite a while. Life continued, my big love entered the scene... life continued further, and I totally forgot about drawing. I had no time for it, and over the years got rid of my equipement (I moved so often, and @ every movingday I got rid of more and more.) Now that the last things went away a few months ago, I have nothing left. RIGHT TIME to start again. I'm quite stupid *smile* yeah, now I'm crying about my Rotring Ink pencils (they were sooooo expensive), and I'm crying about my collection of copic markers I used to have.

Time to get new stuff.
My 120 set Polychromos came last week, and I'm soooo happy about that. I never drew with colorpencils before, so right now I learn the color blending, and color mixing and everything. I quite a difference to Graphite pencil drawings.

We will see how I'll manage that.
